Mgr. Jan Buřil

Mgr. Jan Buril graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague in 1999. Jan gained practical knowledge and experience with law office operations as an associate during his clerkship in Scotland. Later on, he joined the Prague offices of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where he specialized in commercial and competition law. Jan has inter alia participated in transactions relating to privatization of state enterprises (ČEZ a.s. – Czech energy enterprise).
